Every new GWM vehicle comes with the ultimate peace of mind that we offer with a 5-year or 150,000km New Vehicle Warranty (whichever comes first) as well as a warranty on the hybrid battery, which is lifetime coverage for up to 8 full years with unlimited mileage*

The company reserves the right to consider a new car warranty if modified or installed accessories that are not GWM certified or do not receive maintenance according to the distance with the GWM service center continuously every 6 months or 10,000 km (whichever comes first) as specified in the warranty book.

Emergency Assistance Service via GWM application

All new GWM customers will receive the 24/7 Roadside Assistance* that we have been offering for the past 5 years with a team of professionals who are ready to coordinate and can be there within 30 minutes for emergencies and within 45 minutes for forklift service**

Distance Maintenance Package

GWM gives you “worry-free” with periodic car maintenance every 6 months or 10,000 kilometers with the package you choose.

GWM CARE Service Inclusive (GCSI)

GGWM is ready to take care of all customers. with a free labor package for distance-based maintenance, which comes with every new GWM vehicle 10 times* throughout 5 years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first*

GWM PRO Service Inclusive (GPSI)

Great value with a maintenance package by distance, including spare parts, a set of interval checks (excluding consumable parts other than periodic maintenance kits) 10 times* throughout 5 years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.

GWM ULTRA Service Inclusive (GUSI)

A special package for special customers will receive a replacement of consumable parts, which are 2 batteries, 1 set of brake pads and brake discs, and 5 sets of wiper blade tires, extra from the distance-based maintenance package (GPSI) 10 times* over 5 years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.

MOBILE SERVICE

Wherever you are, all you need is a GWM application, and we can provide maintenance services according to the distance to the location. Just contact us to make an appointment for Mobile Service* in advance at a partner store or call center at 02-668-8888.

With Mobile Service, we can provide maintenance services at distances according to the appointment location; just book at least 2 working days in advance. A team of specialists from GWM standard service centers is ready to facilitate all GWM customers.

  1. For service work that is maintenance by distance only.
  2. For customers who make service appointments at least 2 days in advance
  3. Mobile Service costs 200 baht per time to provide services within a distance of 10 kilometers.
  4. Distance beyond 10 kilometers will be charged 5 baht per kilometer.

PICK UP AND DELIVERY ON DEMAND

Another special service that GWM offers to all GWM customers is picking up your GWM car for distance maintenance at GWM service centers, or customers can choose the destination to have the car delivered back conveniently.*

Make an appointment via the GWM application or contact the GWM service center or call center at 02-668-8888.

Simply make an appointment at least 2 working days in advance. WE will pick up GWM cars for maintenance service according to distance at the GWM standard service center and return the car at the appointed place after the service is completed.

*Conditions are as specified by the company.

  1. For service work that is maintenance by distance only.
  2. For customers who make service appointments at least 2 days in advance
  3. Pick-up and Delivery service costs 300 baht per trip for delivery within a distance of not more than 10 kilometers (1 trip starts from the customer’s location to the GWM Service Center or from the GWM Service Center to the customer’s location).
  4. Distance beyond 10 kilometers will be charged 5 baht per kilometer.
